His work has spanned corporate recruiting, high-volume retail and supply chain hiring, executive search, ATS implementations, employer brand, recruitment marketing, TA analytics, recruiting operations, and operating model redesign at organizations including JCPenney and The Container Store. Danny has led recruiting teams, built scalable hiring processes, supported high volume hourly hiring through executive search, and helped organizations connect recruiting technology to actual business outcomes. He currently serves as Senior Principal, Product and Market Insights at iCIMS, where he brings a practitioner-led TA perspective into conversations around market trends, recruiting technology, AI, customer voice, and the future of hiring.
