As the Global Workforce Solutions Business Leader with AgileOne, Tracey is the Practice Executive, responsible for the RPO and Total Talent Practices.

• Launched many new Total Talent Management clients and associated HR Strategies.
• 30% growth in our Talent Acquisition Outsourcing business year over year, exceeding budget goals for the last 4 years.
